Job Description:

Bobby Berk brand is looking to hire an amazing Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist our marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a desire to work in the digital marketing industry and have past experience working with both partners and macro influencers. The viable candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to manage a successful social platform, produce enticing digital content, and work on brand partnerships/collaborations. They must adapt to change easily, have a keen eye for detail, love organization and have a passion for creating compelling content. 

This individual will be handling highly confidential information, have keen understanding for analytics and insight to evolving digital platforms. There is opportunity for growth within the organization should the individual want to grow and learn within the company. 

This position will be full time (40 hours / week) 

Reports To: Head of Marketing, Creative Director and dotted line to Bobby Berk 

Location: Remote and Home Office in the Hollywood Hills

We are an interior design studio based in Los Angeles and we are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and personable individual to join our diverse team full time as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Celebrity designer, Bobby Berk is best known as the design guru on Netflix’s Queer Eye, but his rise to fame didn’t happen overnight. Originally hailing from Texas, Bobby dreamed of the big city and moved to New York in 2003 with only a few dollars to his name and no job in sight. After working his way up in retail at Bed Bath & Beyond and Restoration Hardware to a Creative Director position at Portico Home + Spa, Berk decided that it was time to create his own brand. Since 2006, Bobby Berk Home’s retail division has consistently provided customers with a unique approach to modern design. Epitomizing hip, minimalist urban luxury, Berk’s designs reflect a stylish and youthful spirit that perfectly fits any cool, relaxed lifestyle. With digital being the epicenter of his followers, fans and  consumers, Bobby Berk’s brand has a substantial agenda for 2019  to revamp the brand’s website which will elevate the brand in a capacity that has never been seen before. 


What you’ll do:

  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to strategize and assist in content creation & distribution
  • Create graphics in compliance with brand guidelines
  • Capture enticing photo/video content of talent and projects (equipment provided)
  • Analyze performance data for all digital platforms and make recommendations to improve overall results
  • Maintain a detailed calendar for the planning and management of all content
  • Assist in interior design research & writing for blog post creation
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and projects as assigned

Who you are:

  • Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic and independently driven
  • Must demonstrate professional phone etiquette
  • Strong communication and excellent organizational skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be computer savvy and able to learn high level programs quickly
  • Proficient in social media channels and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Comfortable with content creation (photo and video capture on iPhone)
  • Have an interest in interior design and content creation
  • Assist in daily tasks
  • Flexibility and willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
  • Strong attention to detail & an eye for visuals (ie. graphics, photos, videos)
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Comfortable with fast paced deadlines
  • Project a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
