//
Design: Jenni Kayne

Aren’t Fridays the best? It’s the end of the week and you get a new helping of the best things we’ve been bookmarking this week. So take a load off and take a look at these links for some new inspiration!

We’ve compiled a whole new grouping of exciting links, including a modern, masculine chair; a gorgeous lakehouse (for sale), an earthy kitchen; the perfect plates, pillow and sweatshirt for fall and a funky apartment complex.

Ready to start getting inspired? Scroll down for the best of our bookmarks for this week. And if you want even more inspiration, click through here to follow us on Pinterest to see everything that we’re currently loving.

Have A Seat

We’re big fans of the work of Foreman Brothers, a Los Angeles based furniture company, that hand makes every single one of their pieces here in Downtown Los Angeles. And especially fond of the Hampton Lounge Chair, a leather sling style with minimal metal frame. It’s sleek, stylish and will bring a refined masculine feel to any space.

Totally Swede

We recently discovered the work of Swedish stylist Susanne Swegen, and a cozy living room she recently created. It’s a tonal mix of different neutral shades, evoking a modern space that is also warm (and anything but boring beige).

Chasing Paper

You got all the BTS info on Bobby’s Wallpaper Line With Tempaper earlier in the week, and now we’ve got wallpaper on the brain. Eijffinger is a Swedish brand with a wide variety of patterns to choose from. We’re smitten with the Terra collection, which is inspired by landscapes and earthy hues and textures.

Smart Stripes

A cute striped pillow thats versatile (works indoors and outdoors) and affordable (15!). Need we say more?

Lovely Lakehouse

In addition to launching a home line, Fashion Designer Jenni Kayne and her team have renovated a chic lakehouse in California’s Lake Arrowhead. It’s a study in white, with refined rustic touches like wood cladding and a large brick fireplace. And if you love it as much as we do- it’s also for sale.

No Issue with Tissues

Flu season is on its way, (Nooo!) and if you’re going to have to blow your nose, you might as well have a cute cover for your tissue box! This beaded option is pretty charming, and will have your space looking good (even if you don’t).

An Earthy, Modern Kitchen

This kitchen, part of the Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse, is a real stunner. Designed by Jesse Parris-Lamb, we love the use of terra cotta colored tile, black accents and a painted wood floor that mimics a rug. It’s the perfect mix of modern and organic elements (and space to spend an idyllic afternoon or two?)

Furry Fall

Who says fall style is just for humans? Our furry friends can also get in on getting cozy! This dog bed, which comes in multiple sizes and colors, will have your pup perfectly comfortable in a cocoon of faux fur.

No Sweat

Here’s a modern twist on a sweatshirt that we love. With tonal arm patches and a pocket, and available in 3 perfect for fall colors, it will be a staple in your wardrobe all season long. And for $40, it’s easy on your wallet too.

Modern in Melbourne

Australia has no shortage of amazing spaces, but this funky, brutalist inspired apartment building in Melbourne really stands out. Designed by Freadman White, with a corrugated metal facade and windows that extend out, each of the eleven apartments is unique and bathed in light from the floor to ceiling windows. It’s so unique and we’re totally ready to move in.

Dinnerware, in Season

Looking to give your dining table a fall refresh? This collection of  dinnerware is just want you need. With organic shapes and earthy colors ranging from white to camel to grey (created by a reactive glaze) it’s sure to be the perfect addition to your seasonal spread.

A Few More Frights

Earlier this week we shared some Easy and Affordable Last Minute Halloween Decor, and we just spotted these cute napkins that will be a perfect addition to your table. For $3, they’re also a scary good deal.
